(9권 3호) 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 팀 응집력과 인지된 경기력의 관계에서 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과_임영란

이 연구는 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 팀 응집력과 인지된 경기력 간의 인과관계를 분석함과 동시에 팀 응집력과 인지된 경기력의 관계에서 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 경연화를 병행하고 있는 태권도 시범의 발전 및 시범경연 참가자의 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 2017년 세계태권도한마당과 2017·2018년 한국대학태권도연맹의 태권체조, 태권경연에 참가한 8개 대학의 시범경연 참가자 298명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 각 변인 간의 인과 관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형분석과 함께 부트스트레핑 방법을 이용하여 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 팀 응집력은 인지된 경기력에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 팀 응집력은 지도자 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 지도자 신뢰는 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 지도자 신뢰는 팀 응집력과 인지된 경기력의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들을 종합해보면, 태권도 시범경연 참가자의 팀 응집력은 지도자 신뢰 및 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 지도자 신뢰는 인지된 경기력에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 팀 응집력과 인지된 경기력의 관계를 매개함으로써 경기력을 향상시켜 주는 것으로 사료된다.

The objective of this study was to provide basis data for improving taekwondo demonstration competition and the athletes’ performance through verifying the mediation effect of instructor’s leader trust in the relationship between team cohesion and perceived performance. The researchers set 289 college athletes who participated in the 2017 World Taekwondo Hanmadang and 2017, 2018 Korea University and 2017, 2018 Korea University Taekwondo Federation competition as research participants. The conclusions were made by performing frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling with booststrapping method using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Firstly, theteam cohesion of the participants has a positive effect on performance. Secondly, the team cohesion has a positive effect on the trust of the leader. Lastly, the trust on instructor partially mediating on team’s perceived performance.Based on the results, the researchers were able to know that team cohesion is positive predictor to leader trust and perceived performance. The trust on leader has is not only directly affecting the perceived performance but also positively mediating between team cohesion and perceived performance.
