Guidelines for Editing

Editing Guidelines

The purpose of these guidelines is to stipulate other matters related to the publication of articles in the Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon (hereinafter “this journal”).

1. The articles published in this journal may not be copied without the approval of the Taekwondo Research Institute of Kukkiwon.

2. A single author may submit up to 1 article as the sole author, 1 joint research article as the lead author (principal author) or corresponding author, or up to 2 joint research articles as the co-author (participating author) in a single edition.

3. The following paragraphs shall apply to articles presented in academic conferences.
1) Articles from collections of articles presented in Kukkiwon academic conferences should be 4 pages or less (A4). 2) Articles of invited presenters should not be subject to length restrictions.

4. In the case of articles from projects sponsored by research funds, a phrase to that effect should be inserted.
<e.g.> This research was supported by the Kukkiwon Research Fund of 2015

5. In the case of submitting the restructured thesis or dissertation articles, a phrase disclosing the source should be inserted.
<e.g.> This research was created by restructuring the Master’s (PhD) degree thesis (dissertation) article by Hong Gil-dong for the 00 University .
