본 연구는 태권도지도자의 번아웃(Burnout)과 직무만족 및 이직의도의 관계를 규명하여 스포츠선수 지도자들 스스로 자신의 번아웃 상태를 점검하는데 활용하고 번아웃을 유발하는 환경을 정화하는 대안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2017년도 제98회 전국체육대회에 참가한 태권도선수 지도자를 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 176명 표본을 추출하였다. 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도지도자가 인식하는 번아웃이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 번아웃 하위요인의 신체적 고갈과 인간관계 불화 요인이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도지도자가 번아웃의 하위요인 중 신체적 고갈과 평가 및 대우 불만이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도지도자의 직무만족이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to check Taekwondo coaches’ burnout level and to suggest alternatives to purify the environment that occur coaches’ burnout by verifying the relationship among burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention of Taekwondo coaches. Using the convenience sampling method, the researchers surveyed 176 Taekwondo coaches who participated in 98th Korea National Sports Festival. Within the collected data, researchers performed frequency analysis, EFA, internal consistence reliability analysis, CFA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis by SPSS 22.0. Based on the results, researchers found out three facts. Firstly, Physical depletion and human relations friction, the dimensions of burnout are positive predictors to job satisfaction. Secondly, 3 dimensions of burnout, hysical depletion, rating and service complaint are positive predictor to turnover intention. Lastly, Job satisfaction is positive predictor to turnover intention.
