본 연구는 학부모가 인식하는 태권도장의 접점서비스품질, 관계의 질, 행동의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 수행을 위해 설문지를 측정도구로써 사용하였으며, 접점서비스품질, 관계의 질, 행동의도, 인구통계학적 특성 4개 항목에 걸쳐 총 41개의 문항으로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 수도권(서울, 인천, 광명)에 위치한 태권도장에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모로 설정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하였다. 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하여 330부를 수거하였으며, 이중 적절하지 못한 11부를 제외한 319부의 설문지가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위해 319부의 설문지를 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 통하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학부모가 인식하는 태권도장의 접점서비스품질은 관계의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계의 질은 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 접점서비스품질은 행동의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 접점서비스품질과 행동의도 사이에서 관계의 질이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

The current study was aimed to investigate the structural relationship among parents' perception of service encounter, relationship quality, and behavioral intention in Taekwondo gym. The questionnaires were distributed to parents' who have their children attending Taekwondo gym. Convenience sampling of non-probability sampling methods was conducted for collecting data. Subsequently, 330 questionnaires were collected and 319 questionnaires were used for the further analyses. Data were analyzed by the statistics package of SPSS 20.0 of Windows and Amos 20.0. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted. Moreover, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted for measurement reliability, validity and structural equation modeling was used to test hypothesis. The results of this study are as followed. Firstly, service encounter is a positive predictor to relationship quality. Secondly, relationship quality is a positive predictor to behavioral intention. Thirdly, service encounter had no significant influence on behavioral intention. Lastly, relationship quality had mediating effect in relationship between service encounter and behavioral intention.
