(8권 4호) 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 근거한 태권도학과 교육과정 개발_이용국, 최유리

이 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 근거한 태권도학과 교육과정 개발에 목적이 있었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구절차는 4단계로 이루어졌다. 1단계 준비 단계에서는 NCS 개발 영역 및 범위를 설정하였다. 2단계 개발 단계에서는 직업기초능력과 능력단위의 중요도를 분석하였다. 3단계 수정·보완 단계에서는 2단계에서 개발된 NCS 적용 교육과정(안)을 토대로 수정 및 보완하였다. 4단계 완성 단계에서는 3단계에서 수정·보완된 교육과정을 포커스 그룹 면담(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 통해 검토하였으며, 4년제 대학 태권도학과 NCS 교육과정 모형을 완성하였다. 자료수집을 위하여 5개 대학의 교육과정을 분석하였으며, 중요도 분석 및 포커스 그룹 면담을 위한 조사대상자는 태권도학과 교수 3명, NCS 개발 관련 교수 1명, 스포츠교육학 교수 2명, 태권도 현장 전문가 2명 총 8명 이었다. 이 연구에서 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 태권도학과 졸업생은 NCS 분류체계표에 의하면 대분류에서는 12번째 이용·숙박·여행·오락·스포츠, 중분류에서는 스포츠, 소분류에서는 스포츠경기·지도, 세분류에서는 선수스포츠지도, 일반인스포츠지도, 경기심판 영역을 선정하였다. 첫째, 선수스포츠지도에는 선수스포츠안전지도, 선수스포츠윤리지도, 선수스포츠심리훈련지도, 선수스포츠체력육성지도, 선수스포츠컨디셔닝지도, 겨루기종목지도, 경연종목지도, 선수스포츠경기력분석관리에 포함되는 교과목이 구성되었다. 둘째, 일반인스포츠지도에는 일반인스포츠프로그램기획, 일반인스포츠회원관리, 유소년스포츠지도, 청소년?성인스포츠지도, 일반인스포츠환경관리에 포함되는 교과목이 구성되었다. 셋째, 경기심판에는 심판 총괄관리, 심판 심의관리, 심판 자격관리, 심판 윤리지도, 경기개시관리, 경기진행, 경기판정, 경기종료관리에 포함되는 교과목이 구성되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop Taekwondo Department Curriculum based on National Competency Standard(NCS). To achieve its aim, this study consisted of four steps of procedures. In the first step, a preparation level, NCS development field and ranges were set. In the second step, a development level, the importance of the vocational competence and the unit capacity were analyzed. In the third step, a modification and supplementation level, based on the NCS application curriculum developed from the second step, Curriculum model was revised and supplied. In the fourth step, a completion level, the curriculum in step 3 was reviewed through Focus Group Interview(FGI). Also the NCS curriculum model of 4 year college Taekwondo department was completed. The curriculums were analyzed from 5 Universities and 8 subjects were selected for the Importance Analysis and Focus Group Interview (3 professors from Teakwondo Department, 1 professor from NCS development related, 2 professors from Sports Pedagogy, 2 Taekwondo Professionals). The results as follows. According to the NCS classification system, Taekwondo Department graduates are selected as 12th Stay, Travel, Entertainment in the Major classification, sports in the Middle classification, sports game and coaching in the Minor classification, athlete sports coaching, general sports coaching and referee in the Sub classification. First, in the Athlete Sports Coaching Subject, Training classes for Safety, Ethics, Psychology, Fitness, Conditioning, Sparring, Contest, Analysis of Sports Performance were composed. Second, in the General Sports Coaching Subjects, classes for Programing, Membership Management, Children Sport Coaching, Youth&Adult Sports Coaching, Sport Environmental Management were constructed. Third, in the Game Referee Subjects, classes for Management of overall referees, Referee Deliberation, Referee Qualification Management, Referee Ethics Education, Start of Competition Management, Game Operation, Game Judgment, End of Competition Management were constituted.
