(5권 3호) 태권체조 지도자의 전문성 형성에 관한 연구_이미연·전익기

본 연구는 심층 면담법을 사용하여 태권도 전문가들이 생각하는 태권체조 지도자의 전문성 형성의 의미와 제고에 대한 연구를 하였으며, 이를 통해 태권체조의 질적 향상과 태권체조 지도자들의 전문직으로서의 지위향상에 이바지할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과 심층면담을 통하여 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석으로 구분되어 3가지 대 영역으로 분류하였으며 이는 다시 7가지의 중 영역으로 분류되었다. 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 태권체조 지도자의 전문성 형성 제약요인에 대해 태권체조 전문 교육의 부재, 태권체조에 대한 연구부족, 제도 및 기관의 부재로 인식하고 있으며 제도권의 적극적인 관심과 노력이 필요하다고 하였다. 둘째, 태권체조 지도자가 전문성을 형성하기 위해서는 갖춰야 할 요소는 이론적 지식능력, 실기적 기능능력, 가치관 및 지도신념으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문성 형성을 위한 바람직한 발전 방향으로는 태권체조 단일 종목의 전문대회 개최를 통해 공식적인 규정정립과 객관적인 심판판정 및 심판연수 등이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 제도권의 적극적인 제도 성립 및 변경을 통해 태권체조 지도자 기준이 성립되어야 하며 현업에서 일하고 있는 태권체조 지도자를 위한 적절한 교육과정을 개설하여 이들에게 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 체계적인 전문지도자의 양성과정 및 전문성 습득을 가능하게 할 통합적인 교육기관이 필요하고 지도자 스스로 태권체조를 지도·보급하는데 그치지 않고 신체적, 교양적, 인격적 자질을 갖추어야 하며 사회적 위치를 높이기 위한 인식의 전환도 필요하다.

The purpose of this research is to provide base data that can contribute to the increased quality of Taekwon Aerobics and to the increased position of the Taekwon Aerobics instructor's as professionals by identifying the current status of the Taekwon Aerobics and Taekwon Aerobics instructor's and by conducting a study on the formation of the Taekwon Aerobics instructor's specialty. The data collected through in-depth interview was classified into 3 major domains after conducting inductive content analysis, which in turn was classified into 7 kinds of mid domains once again. The results are as follows. First, research participants said that the obstacles to the formation of Taekwon Aerobics instructor's specialty include lack of the specialized training on Taekwon Aerobics, lack of the research on the Taekwon Aerobics, and lack of systems and institutions while they cited that active interest and the effort of the institutions are needed. Second, they perceived that theoretical knowledge, practical training ability, value system and conviction of the leadership are needed in order for the Taekwon Aerobics  instructor's to form specialty. Lastly, the recommended direction for the growth to form specialty includes the hosting of the Taekwon Aerobics exclusive tournament, which requires establishment of the official regulations, standard for objective judging, and training of the referees. Moreover, standard for the Taekwon Aerobics instructor's needs to be set up through active establishment and modification of systems and institutions. And it is necessary to establish appropriate training program for the Taekwon Aerobics instructor's who are working on the field  to provide them with training. To this end, they need to build physical prowess and character and need to change their own mind set to increase their social status.
