(5권 3호) 대학 태권도선수의 완벽주의 성향이 성취목표 및 스트레스에 미치는 영향_송정명

본 연구는 대학 태권도선수의 완벽주의 성향에 따른 성취목표 성향 및 스트레스의 관계를 규명함으로써 태권도선수들의 심리적 문제에 접근하여 개념을 재정립하고 태권도 경기력 향상을 위한 전략 수립에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 태권도 선수 400명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 조사분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 응답 결과 불성실한 자료와 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 자료는 분석에서 제외시키고, 각 자료를 입력지침에 따라 컴퓨터에 입력하여 윈도우용 SPSS 18.0 Ver 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 태권도선수들의 완벽주의 성향이 성취목표 성향의 하위요인인 숙달목표, 수행접근목표, 수행회피목표에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있다. 둘째, 대학 태권도선수들의 완벽주의 성향이 스트레스의 하위요인인 정서적 불안, 심리적 환경, 자신감 결여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있다. 셋째, 대학 태권도선수들의 성취목표 성향이 스트레스의 하위요인인 정서적 불안, 심리적 환경, 자신감 결여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있다.

The objective of this study is to find out the relationship of the tendency of perfectionism of university Taegwondo athletes and the tendency of achievement goal / stress. In this process, the researcher of this study is to access their psychological problems and re-establish the concepts. Moreover, basic materials that are needed for establishment of strategies to enhance athletic performance of Taegwondo are to be provided. To this end, research and analysis were performed using questionnaires for 400 Taegwondo athletes. Insincere answers and survey outcomes that are deemed to be lack of credibility were excluded in the process. According to guidelines, each material was entered into computers. Then, frequency analysis, exploratory analysis on factors, credibility analysis, post analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done using PASW/WIN 18.0 Version statistics program which is an Window version. The results of analysis are as follows. First, after doing multiple regression analysis on influence of university Taegwondo athletes’tendency of perfectionism on the tendency of achievement goals, it turned out that the tendency of perfectionism significantly influenced on skillfulness goals, performance approachment goals, and the performance evasion goals which are subordinate factors of achievement tendency. Second, after doing multiple regression analysis on influence of university Taegwondo athletes’ tendency of perfectionism on stress, it turned out that it effected on their emotional insecurity, psychological environment and lack of confidence. Third, after doing multiple regression analysis on influence of university Taegwondo athletes’tendency of perfectionism on subordinate factors of stress, turned out that it influenced on their emotional insecurity, psychological environment and lack of confidence.
