(8권 3호) 태권도 사범의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 _이상인

본 연구는 태권도 사범의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는것에 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 2016년 9월부터 10월까지 경기도 소재 태권도장에 재직중인 태권도사범을 263명 선정하였으며, 불성실하게 응답하였거나, 조사 내용이 일부 누락된 설문지 7부를 제외한 총 256부를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였고 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 사범의 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 부(-)적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 태권도 사범의 직무스트레스는 직무몰입에 부(-)적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 태권도 사범의 직무만족은 직무몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 태권도 사범의 직무만족은 직무스트레스와 직무몰입 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해 볼 때, 태권도 사범의 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 중요한 변수이며, 태권도 사범의 직무만족이 높아질수록 직무몰입이 향상되는 것을 알 수 있다. 

The purpose of this study was to investigate an influence of Taekwondo instructors' stress on job satisfaction and job commitment. For this study, we extracted a sample of 263 copies using the convenience sampling method from September to October in 2016 after selecting a group of Taekwondo masters in service in Gyeonggi-do. Except 7 copies which were unreliable or omitted, 256 copies were used in final analysis. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Following conclusions are made based on the results. Firstly, Taekwondo instructors’ job stress has a negative(-) effect on the job satisfaction. Second, Taekwondo instructors’ job stress has a negative(-) effect on the job commitment. Third, the job satisfaction of Taekwondo instructors’ has a positive(+) effect on the job commitment. Fourth, job satisfaction of Taekwondo instructors is mediated in the relationship between job stress and job commitment. In summary, the job stress of the Taekwondo instructors is an important variable that negatively affects job satisfaction and job commitment. And as job satisfaction of Taekwondo instructors get higher, job commitment is improved.
