(8권 3호)대학 태권도 선수의 완벽주의 성향과 사회적지지, 탈진의 구조적 관계_박종화

본 연구는 대학 태권도 선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 탈진의 관계에서 사회적지지가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 대학 태권도 선수들의 완벽주의 성향을 독립변수, 사회적지지를 매개변수로, 그리고 탈진을 종속변수로 구성하여 변수간의 구조적 관계를 증명하였다. 이를 위해 2014년 연구자의 학교와 접근성이 좋은 경기도와 충청도의 대학 태권도 선수들을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 통해서 표집한 전체 표본 360부 중에서 내용의 일부가 누락되었거나 불성실하게 답변되었다고 판단되는 44부를 제외한 316부를 최종 유효표본으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 기술통계, 구조방정식 모형분석을 위하여 공분산구조분석 프로그램인 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여, 가설검증을 위한 연구모형의 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis: CFA) 및 구조방정식 모형분석(structural equation model: SEM)을 하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법과 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 자기지향 완벽주의는 사회적지지의 모든 하위요인과 통계적으로 유의하며, 자기지향 완벽주의가 사회적지지에 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 타인지향 완벽주의는 사회적지지의 하위요인 중 친구지지, 가족지지와 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤으나 교사지지는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 셋째, 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 사회로부터 받는 완벽주의는 사회적지지 하위요인 중 친구지지와 가족지지에 부적(-)인 영향을 미쳤으나 교사지지에서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 넷째, 사회적지 지의 하위요인 중 친구지지는 탈진에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었으나 가족지지와 교사지지는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 가족지지는 정적(+)인 영향을, 교사지지는 부적(-)인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타난다. 다섯째, 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 자기지향 완벽주의는 탈진에 통계적으로 유의한 부적(-)인 영향을 미쳤으나 타인지향 완벽주의와 사회로부터 받는 완벽주의는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify how social support affects in the relationship between the perfectionism and exhaustion of Taekwondo athletes at colleges, and to examine the structural relationship of variables by setting regarding the perfectionism of Taekwondo athletes at colleges as an independent variable, the social support as a parameter and the burnout as a dependent variable. Do that, Taekwondo athletes at colleges located in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do in 2014 were selected as a the participants. From the total of 360 samples, 44 omitted and unreliable sample were excluded. Hence, 316 samples were used for the analyses. The collected samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test. Based on such study methods and the results of data analysis, the conclusions were seen below. First, Firstly, ‘self-orientation perfectionism’, a sub-factor of ‘perfectionism’ was related with all sub-factors of ‘social support statistically’, and it had a positive(+) effect on the social support. Second, ‘other-directedness perfectionism’, a sub-factor of ‘perfectionism’ had a positive(+) effect on ‘friend support’ and ‘family support’, sub-factors of ‘social support’, but ‘teacher support’ statistically not related with it was rejected. Third, ‘the perfectionism from society, a sub-factor of the perfectionism’had a negative (-) effect on ‘friend support’ of the social support and ‘family support’ and ‘teacher support’was rejected since no statistical significance was observed. Fourth, while friend support, was rejected with no to had statistically significant effects on the exhaustion. But, it had a positive effect on ‘family support’ and ‘teacher support’. ‘Family support’ had a positive (+) effect; however, ‘teacher support’ had a negative (-) effect. Lastly, ‘self-orientation perfectionism, had a negative (-) effect on the exhaustion however ‘other-directedness perfectionism’ and ‘the perfectionism from society’ were rejected since there was no statistic significance.
