(7권 4호) 지각기술훈련이 태권도 겨루기의 받아차기 예측 정확성에 미치는 영향_최진혁

이 연구의 목적은 사전시각단서 정보를 활용한 지각기술훈련이 태권도 겨루기 상황에서의 받아차기 예측 정확성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 태권도 초보자 20명을 지각기술훈련 집단과 통제 집단으로 각각 10명씩 구분하였으며, 7일간 지각기술훈련 집단은 그래픽 처리 영상 기법과 시선 이동 영상 기법을 적용한 동영상으로 훈련을, 통제 집단은 일반 동영상으로 훈련하였다. 사전과 사후로 나누어 발차기 종류와 방향 예측정확성을 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 집단 내 처치 효과를 살펴보기 위해 대응표본 t검정과 집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위해 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법으로 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 발차기 종류 예측성에서 실험집단의 경우 사전과 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 통제집단은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 사전 점수를 통제한 상태에서 집단에 따른 발차기 종류 예측성 값의 변화정도는 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 발차기 방향예측성의 경우 실험집단은 사전과 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 통제집단에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 사전 점수를 통제한 상태에서 집단에 따른 발차기 방향 예측성 값의 변화정도는 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of perceptual-skill training on Badachagi anticipation in Taekwondo Kyorugi. For this study, 20 university students who were Taekwondo novices were selected, and they were evenly assigned to a perceptual-skill training group or a control group (video training). The experiment consisted of a pretest, training intervention, and a posttest. All subjects were required to watch videos of the beginning stages of Taekwondo kicks and to then anticipate the direction and type of kick that would follow. Training intervention was nducted over seven days. Perceptual training was performed using a video graphic technique and a visual-attention orienting technique, and the control group underwent normal video training that involved no particular technique. The results of this study were as follows: First, for the pretest and posttest, compared to the control group, the perceptual-training group showed significant improvements in kick-type-anticipation. Second, in terms of kick-direction anticipation, the perceptual-training group and control group both showed significant improvements, but the perceptual-training group showed a higher increase in accuracy than the control group.
