(7권 4호) 태권도 인성 구성개념의 중요도 평가_김동현, 김동수

이 연구는 태권도 인성 구성개념을 탐색하고, 구성요인에 대한 중요도를 산출하는 것에 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 태권도 사범과 전공생 404명 그리고 태권도 전문가 19명을 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 태권도 인성 구성개념 설문지 34개 문항과 요인 간 쌍체비교 설문지를 12개 문항으로 제작하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 EC 2000을 활용하여 분석적 계층화 과정을 실시하였다. 이에 대한 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 인성 구성개념은 자기가치 5개, 대인관계 3개, 사회정의 4개로 총 12개의 인성개념이 탐색되었다. 태권도 인성 구성개념 모델의 구인타당도는 신뢰할만하다. 둘째, 태권도 인성 구성개념의 중요도는 개인가치, 사회정의, 대인관계 인성 순서로 나타났다. 다시 개인가치 인성을 구성하는 세부요인은 예의, 자신감, 책임, 인내, 정직 순서로 나타났으며, 사회정의 인성을 구성하는 세부요인은 정의, 봉사, 평화, 협동 순으로, 그리고 대인관계 인성을 구성하는 세부요인은 리더십, 배려, 용서 순서로 중요가 평가되었다.

The purpose of this study was to explore what Taekwondo character constructs and calculates the importance of the structure factor. The subjects were selected for the Taekwondo masters 404 people and 19 Taekwondo experts. Data collection was used a questionnaire to paired questions and the questionnaire of Taekwondo character. Data processing utilizes SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The conclusions for this were as follows. First, The factors of Taekwondo character were constructed with five items of self-discovery, three items of relationships, four items of social justice, a total of 12 character concept. Construct validity of Taekwondo character model had a statistically significant value. Second, the priority of the Taekwondo character was calculated to construct the importance personal values, social justice and interpersonal order. Back details factors that make up personal values showed toughness importance to courtesy, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, honesty order. More factors that make up the social justice character were defined as priority, service, peace, co-operation order. Details and interpersonal factors that make up the character was important to leadership, caring, forgiving order.
