(2권 2호) 청소년 태권도 지도자의 리더십유형에 따른 선수만족_임종식

본 연구는 청소년 태권도 지도자의 리더십유형에 따른 선수만족의 관계를 밝혀 효율적인 지도자의 리더십유형을 제시하여 현장에서 태권도 지도자가 선수들을 지도하고, 팀을 운영하는데 있어 효과적인 리더십유형을 파악하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 대한태권도협회 등록된 남녀 중·고등학교 태권도 선수들 399명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지의 구성은 리더십유형과 선수만족으로 구분하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 선수특성에 따른 지도자의 선수만족 차이는 선수체급과 선수경력은 지도자의유형만족에서, 일일훈련시간은 과제수행만족과 사회적상호작용, 지도자의 유형만족에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 태권도 지도자의 지도유형과 선수만족도와의 관계는 훈련과지시행동, 전제적행동, 사회적지지행동에서 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study is figuring out the effect of the leadership type of coaches on the athlete-satisfaction, and suggesting the basic date which will be used in the field of coaching Taekwondo athletes. The subject of this study is 399 male and female Taekwondo athletes of middle or high schools, and the means of getting the date was questionnaire. The methods of obtaining the required data were frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and the result is as follows. First, concerning the difference of the leadership types of coaches according to the population statistics factors, meaningful differences were detected both in the training and instructing behaviors and democratic behaviors. Second, concerning the difference of the athlete-satisfaction according to the population statistics factors, meaningful differences were detected in the satisfaction of the leadership type according to the career of the athletes, and in the satisfaction of mission-accomplishment, social mutual function, and the satisfaction of the leadership types of coaches according to daily training hours. Third, concerning the relationship between the coaching types of Taekwondo coaches and the athlete-satisfaction, the coaching types positively affected training and instructing behaviors, despotic behaviors, and social-supporting behaviors.
