본 연구는 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지의 다양한 요인이 만족, 신뢰, 몰입으로 구성된 관계품질과 추천의사에 미치는 영향을 대학 교양 태권도 수업 수강생의 관점에서 구체적으로 파악하여 교양 태권도 수업 활성화와 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지의 중요성 강조를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기, 충청, 전라 지역에 소재하고 있는 4곳의 대학에서 교양수업으로써 태권도를 수강하는 400명의 대학생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 392부의 자료가 결과 분석에 이용되었다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 태도, 직업의식, 역할, 자질은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 직업의식, 자질, 역할은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 태도, 자질, 역할은 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 태도, 역할은 추천의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to provide a basic information for vitalizing Taekwondo class of culture through examining the causal relationship among instructor's image, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, & concentration, and recommendation intention of university students participating in Taekwondo as a minor course. The researchers surveyed 400 college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Jeonlla-do province who were taking Taekwondo class as a minor course, and 392 answers were used for analyses. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 version. The following conclusions were drawn. Firstly, attitude, job awareness, role, and disposition of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on satisfaction of relationship quality. Secondly, job awareness, disposition, and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on trust of relationship quality. Thirdly, attitude, disposition, and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on commitment of relationship quality. Lastly, attitude and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s’ image had significant influence on recommendation intention.
