본 연구는 태권도전공 학생들의 조직문화가 그들 스스로 자기결정권을 가지고 주체적으로 활동하고 그런 조직에 대한 몰입적 탐색을 위해 2017년 5월29일부터 9월 8일까지 대학생 220명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 이중 유효표본 203명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 SPSS Program 21.0으로 설문지 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's α 계수를 산출하였으며, 상관관계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 조직문화가 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향에서 집단문화, 개발문화는 의미성 요인에, 집단문화, 합리문화는 역량성 요인에, 집단문화, 합리문화는 자기결정성 요인에, 집단문화 요인은 영향력 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도학과 조직문화는 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 집단문화, 개발문화 요인이 규범적 요인에, 집단문화, 개발문화는 지속적 요인의 집단문화, 개발문화 요인이 감성적 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 태권도전공 학생들의 조직문화가 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입에 대해서 분석한 결과 K대학에서 발생했던 사건으로 인하여 조직문화에 따른 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입도가 상당히 떨어질 것으로 판단하였으나 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되고 있다. 하지만 교육현장에서 태권도학과에 대한 위계문화가 창의적 사고를 요구하고 육성하는 대학문화에 적합한 문화인지에 대한 의문은 계속되고 있으며 이에 따른 조직문화 변화에 대한 노력은 상당히 필요한 시점이다.
This study was conducted to observe if the organizational culture impacts Taekwondo major students to show initiative and to study students’ organizational culture. 220 university students has been the subject of the research from May 29 to September 8 of 2017. Analysis about questionnaires of 203 valid student samples is done. To prove reliability of the questionnaires, SPSS Program 21.0 is used, Cronbach's α coefficient is yielded, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis are done. First, as a result of the effect of Taekwondo major students’ organizational culture on empowerment, the research found that the organizational culture and the development culture affect the semantic factors. It also found that the organizational culture and the rational culture affect the initiative factors, and the organizational factors affect the effective factors. Second, as a result of the effect of Taekwondo major students’ organizational culture on organizational commitment, the research found that the factors of the organizational culture and the development culture affect the normative factors. It also found that the organizational culture and the development culture affect the sustainable factors, and the factors of the organizational culture and the development culture affect the emotional factors. Third, when it comes to the empowerment of the Taekwondo major students, the research found that the factors of semanticity, capability, initiative, and influence affect the normative factors. Also it found that the semanticity, capability, and influence affect the factors of capability, and the semantic factors affect the emotional factors.
