(7권 4호) 태권도 일자리 창출을 위한 거버넌스 협력체계_남덕현, 곽낙현

본 연구의 목적은 태권도외교 일자리 창출에 대한 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 태권도 전문가의 견해를 체계적으로 확인하기 위해 델파이 분석을 시도하였다. 이에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 일자리 창출을 위한 제도적 기반이 선행되어야 한다. 둘째, 태권도 일자리창출을 위해서 태권도기관과 정부와의 충분한 조율과 공감대 형성이 필요하다. 셋째, 태권도 인력창출에 있어서 태권도 교육 시스템이 체계적으로 갖추어져야 한다. 넷째, 한국학 연계 연구 인력과 태권도 관광 정직 인력 창출이 필요하다. 이를 위해 관련 부처 간 역할 조정이 체계화 되어야 한다. 향후 정부차원에서 태권도 일자리 창출에 대한 정책지원과 전략이 개발될 수 있도록 연구지원이 필요하다.

This study offer the direction for the creation of civilian and military Taekwondo diplomatic job. As a result, this study tried to identify gentlemen's remarks of taekwondo job creation via Delphi analysis. This information is details as follows. First, Taekwondo should be the prior basis for creating jobs. Second, the adequate coordination and consensus is needed between Taekwondo institutions and the government for foreign Taekwondo jobs,. Third, Taekwondo Education system needs to be brought up to systematically in creating Taekwondo human resources. Fourth, The job creation of the Korean Studies connecting researcher and Taekwondo tour of honest personnel is needed. to this end, the relevant interagency coordination role should be organized. at government level, the support for research is needed to be developed supporting policies and strategies for Taekwondo job creation.
