(6권 1호) 태권도 격파경기규칙 분석을 통한 격파경기 활성화 방안_신호철 · 이숙경

이 연구는 태권도 격파경기규칙(국기원과 대한태권도협회)의 비교분석을 통해 격파경기 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 격파전문가 9명의 심층면담을 통해 격파경기운영방식, 심판의 전문성, 격파경기규칙에 대한 의견을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주화, 전문가집단의 회의를 거쳐 연역적 전개로 구체화하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 격파경기운영방식에서 경기종목의 특성에 따라 예선-본선-결선체계의 경기방식의 다양화(컷오프방식, 토너먼트 방식, 리그전 방식 등), 여성격파기술 확대, 다양한 참여연령의 세분화를 통해 성인 격파경기 활성화를 위한 재정립이 필요하다고 나타났다. 둘째, 격파심판으로서 전문성을 갖고 교육을 통해 심판선발이 이루어져야 한다고 나타났다. 셋째, 격파대회를 개최하는 각 기관의 통일된 경기규칙이 필요하며, 격파기술에 따른 난이도, 완파점수, 종목별 배점점수의 객관화된 채점기준이 필요하다고 나타났다. 따라서 격파경기가 활성화되어 경기로서 인정받기 위해서는 선수, 지도자 및 전문가집단의 공청회를 통해 격파경기 활성화를 위한 경기운영방식과 경기규칙이 통일되어야 하며, 심판의 전문성과 공정성을 위한 격파심판자격증제도를 신설하여 격파기술력을 평가할 수 있는 심판선정 및 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study is aimed at inquiring into the revitalization plan for breaking competition through the comparative analysis of taekwondo competition rules(Kukkiwon and Korea Taekwondo Association). Hereupon, this study collected the opinions about the breaking competition operation method, a referee's professionalism, and breaking game rules through the in-depth interview with 9 breaking experts. Then, this study deducted the conclusion as follows by actualizing the collected data in deductive development through the process of going through with inductive categorization and expert group's meeting. First, the results revealed that it's necessary to re-establish adult's breaking competition revitalization through diversification(cut-off system, tournaments, and league game system)of competition rules in the preliminaries-semifinals-the finals system according to characteristics of sports events in breaking competition operation system, expansion of a female breaking technique, and segmentation of diverse participant ages. Second, the results showed that it's necessary to single out a referee equipped with professionalism through referees' training. Third, the results also indicated that there is the need for unified competition rules to be applied by each organization which hosts a breaking competition, and the need for objectified scoring standards of a difficulty level consequent on breaking techniques, scores for complete breaking, and allotted scores by event. Accordingly, in order for a breaking competition to be acknowledged as a regular game through its revitalization, it is necessary that the competition operation method and competition rules for revitalizing a breaking competition should be unified through public hearings for a player, master and expert group; further, this study thinks that there should be referee selection and education that make it possible to fairly evaluate breaking technical skills by newly establishing the breaking referee certificate system that guarantees a referee's professionalism and fairness.
