(6권 1호) 한국 방위산업수출 활성화를 위한 태권도 외교 전략_남덕현 · 곽낙현

태권도 세계화를 위한 작업의 일환으로 태권도 군사외교를 통한 방위산업 활성화 전략에 대해 논하였다. 이를 위해, 방위산업 및 스포츠 태권도 전문가들의 의견을 종합적으로 제시하기 위해 SWOT-AHP 분석기법을 적용하여 확인하였다. 분석한 결과, 기회요인과 강점요인 순서로 우선 적 결정화 요인으로 선정되었으며, 위협요인과 약점요인은 낮은 비중으로 나타났다. 따라서, 방위산업수출 활성화와 태권도 세계화를 위한 정부의 의지가 강력하다는 대세를 확인해 볼 때 군과 태권도계의 협의로 태권도 인프라를 활용한 태권도 외교 전략을 우선적으로 고려해야 한다. 또한 기존 방위산업 수출의 한계점에 대한 충분한 숙지와 군내 태권도외교의 의식 전환을 유도해야 한다는 결론을 얻었다.

This research argue about strategy as part of the Military Defense Industry through active diplomacy for Taekwondo globalization. to this end, this research analysis that defence and sports and taekwondo experts ' opinion is presented comprehensively by applying SWOT-AHP techniques. An analysis of the strengths, opportunities and strengthen factors has been selected as a priority, threaten factors and weakness factor is the low. Thus, the diplomatic strategy should be taken the consultation of the Military and Taekwondo's infrastructure on considering the Government's strong commitment to revitalize the defense industry exports and the globalization of Taekwondo. there came to the conclusion that the limitations of existing defence exports and familiarize yourself with and sufficient for construction should be conscious of the conversions though the Taekwondo diplomacy.
