(4권 1호) 여성 태권도지도자의 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무스트레스, 직무소진, 이직의도에 미치는 영향_이미연·전익기

이 연구는 여성태권도지도자의 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무스트레스, 직무소진, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 서울·경기지역에 소재한 태권도장에서 종사하는 여성 지도자 177명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며 자료분석을 위해 PASW/PC 18.0 Ver.을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 첫째, 커뮤니케이션 분위기와 질 요인은 직무환경 요인에 정적영향을, 피드백, 조직정보 요인은 부적영향을 나타냈으며, 조직정보요인은 보상부적절 요인에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직정보, 커뮤니케이션 요인은 직무특성에 정적영향을, 피드백 요인에는 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 피드백, 커뮤니케이션 분위기와 질 요인은 직업불안정 요인에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 피드백 요인은 낮은 성취감 요인에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 커뮤니케이션 분위기와 질, 조직정보 요인은 정서적 고갈 요인에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 피드백, 커뮤니케이션 요인은 비인격화 요인에 정적영향을, 조직정보 요인은 비인격화 요인에 부적영향을 나타났다. 마지막으로 조직정보, 피드백 요인은 이직의도에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to define the effect of female Taekwondo leader's organizational communication on job stress, job burnout and transfer intention. Study targets were 177 female leaders. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to collected data by using SPSS 18.0 Ver. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that communication mood and quality factor, gave a positive effect to working environment factor, with feedback and organization information factor giving negative effects. Organization information and communication factor gave more positive effects to job characteristic and gave more negative effects to feedback factor in order. Feedback and communication mood and quality factor gave more significant effects to job instability factor in order. Second, it was found that feedback factor, gave a negative effect to low accomplishment sense factor with communication mood and quality and Organization information gave a positive effects to depletion emotion. Communication mood and quality and organization information factor gave more significant effects to emotional burnout factor in order. Lastly, organization information and feedback factor gave negative effects to transfer intention factor.
